Synagogue and Jewish cemetery in Bozzolo

A small Jewish cemetery can be visited, outside the walls in Bozzolo, which contains 26 headstones, 3 of which date back to the middle of the eighteenth century; the entire cemetery area has been recently cleaned and restored. SYNAGOGUE: The building where the synagogue of Bozzolo stood is currently used as a dwelling. Now situated in Via Bonoldi at N° 10, at the time (seventeenth century) owned by the Cantoni family, in the new district designed by Vespasiano Gonzaga and built first by Prince Giulio Cesare and then by Scipione Gonzaga.
