Islands, oxbow lakes, canals and peat bogs
Islands, oxbow lakes, canals and peat bogs

The Lanche or oxbow lakes of Runate and Gerre Gavazzi, the Lanca of Gerole, Isola Pescaroli of San Daniele Po, the Bogina canal ... are all names that evoke the presence of water in a land of rivers. The places are as unique as their names: the Gerole, for example, are the circles marked by the river on the land, creating wide meanders. Or as in the case of the Bogina Canal, an authentic ecological corridor, perfect for animals and an environment of natural beauty.
