Provolone Valpadana

Sweet or spicy, the Provolone lends itself to imaginative recipes. The result of a long tradition of cheese making, it strengthens the ancient bond between Italy and the southern areas of the fertile plains of Lombardy. Characterized by forms that make it easily recognizable, it is a cheese protected by DOP that protects their age-old cheese making procedures.
