Marubini

Ravioli typical of Cremona and its surrounding territories, it is cooked in beef and chicken broth. The Marubini is one of the most famous dishes of the area, present on the tables of Cremona especially during Sunday lunch. The fresh pasta is prepared stuffed with beef, veal and pork, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, walnut, nutmeg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
