Isolini biscuits

The Isolini are particular biscuits mixed with hazelnuts and decorated with apricot jam. The brothers, Davide and Enrico Castellucchio, natives of Isola Dovarese, invented the Isolini recipe at the end of the 1970s. The uniqueness of this biscuit allowed the Castellucchio brothers to register in 1999, the "Isolini" trademark, the ID card of a high quality product which over the years has become a special feature of Isola Dovarese.
